Course Description:

This course focuses on examining the writing process so that writers of routine office correspondence will write to the point.  It provides opportunities to practice and evaluate writing techniques necessary to move the correspondence forward.  Participants will view “writing to the point” from two perspectives:  the purpose of the document and the meaning of the language.  Constructive feedback on writing assignments will be provided to participants.  (Course is not intended as a remedial course.)

  • Receive individual feedback of writing skills

Target Audience: Managers and supervisors who are responsible for drafting and writing routine office correspondence
