In-class exercises
Participants learn how to become aware
of their strengths and those areas that need improvement through individual and
group activities using questionnaires and other self-assessment tools.
After taking this course, participants will
- Understand the importance of knowledge, skill and attitudes in the workplace
- Understand the components of self-development and learn how to perform self-assessments
- Create individual development plans
- Understand the benefits and the process of goal setting
