Course Description:

The Business of Listening, paired with Management Responsibility: Communication

This LESSON will focus on the skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary to meet the challenges of listening effectively. Through practical exercises, participants will improve their behaviors in this critical component of the communication process.

  • Identifying attitudes that interfere with effective listening
  • Listening to understand versus listening to reply
  • Achieving results through better communication
