The City is slowly reopening and City employees are slowly returning to their work locations.

DCAS is gradually scheduling tests and are taking precautionary measures to protect exam candidates by offering Education and Experience Exams.  DCAS has scheduled the computer-based Education and Experience Examination for Administrative Manager, (Promotion Exam #1552) Open Competitive Exam #1195) June 2 through June 22, 2021.

The Officers and the Trustees of your union Local 1180, CWA are also taking precautionary measures by arranging to conduct the Exam Prep for Administrative Manager, using the RingCentral platform. 

If you are a CWA Local 1180 members in one of these titles Principal Administrative Associate, Principal Police Communications Technician, Associate Call Center Representative, Contract Reviewer, Legal Coordinator you may be eligible to take the promotion exam. 

Upon receipt of your registration, an enrollment confirmation along with sample working documents, will be forwarded to the email address on file.

Enrollment:  If you were already enrolled in the Administrative Test Preparation Course prior to the cancellation of the exam due to the COVID pandemic, you are already enrolled.  We have your information and will be inviting you to join us on the same enrollment day from the “suspended” prep.
