Microsoft Outlook is a messaging and personal management program.  This course will help the user manage e-mail messages, appointments, contacts, tasks, and journal items.

Microsoft Word is used for mail merge, a process of writing one document and linking it to several names.  Learn word processing skills in this course.

Microsoft Excel is used by business, management and financial departments to present financial information for analysis and decision making.   Learn the basic skills necessary to create spreadsheets and learn to create charts that graphically represent worksheet data.  Trainees will also learn to  link spreadsheets with other applications.

Microsoft Access is a powerful database application used for storing and organizing information.  Learn the skills necessary to to create a database, create and customize forms and reports.
